Forward Alex Etherington decides not to sign and re-open his recruitment.

The recruitment of Arcadia (Ind.) Hamilton Heights forward Alex Etherington blew up in the month of April. A highly athletic forward, Etherington impressed enough to pull in an offer from Kansas State.

Not too long after he was offered by the Wildcats he committed, and remained so for several months, but now he has de-committed from the Big XII school.

The de-commitment was confirmed by Indiana Elite AAU Coach Mike Fox who was scheduled to speak with the family about the next step in Etherington's recruitment.

At this point no other schools are in mind, and Etherington is completely open in the process. Look for the schools closer to his home in Indiana to get involved and be under consideration as he goes into the spring signing period.
