SCOUTING THE: WARRIORS POSITION BY POSITION

QUARTERBACK

The quarterback figures to be a battle between seniors Philip Austin and Jordan Lech along with sophomore Zach Summeier

RUNNING BACK
Young and Thomas should put up monster numbers for the Warriors.

RECEIVERS

Senior returnee Glen Montgomery leads the wideout group. Keep an eye on sophomore Paul Minor.

OFFENSIVE LINE A talented offensive line is led by returnees Tyler Young, Tre Akers and Hayden Galyean. Newcomers include Landon Daily, and Desmond McGee

DEFENSIVE LINE

Brogan will lead a talented DL that also includes newcomers DE Courvoissier Morrow and DL Tim Smith

LINEBACKERS

The Warriors were wiped out here but look for junior Tyan Young to emegerge.

DEFENSIVE BACKS

The strength of this football team led by Williams and fellow safety Vito Tupea. Look for Drew Winters to battle for a starting spot as well.

KICKING GAME

Standout kicker and DL Max Hernandez is off to college at Army.
OUTLOOK:

The Warriors will again be competitive in 2014 with the return of six starters on offense and three more on defense.
The Warriors will have to replace some talented standouts in DL Max Hernandez (Army), QB Jeff George (Illinois), G Phil Gegner, TE Zach Gegner, LB Katrell Moss and DL Darion Howard along with many other standouts.
The biggest chore will be finding a new signal caller and replacing eight starters on a great defense.
