Harley’s Motor is Always Running

It becomes a lasting impression with this gifted athlete. He was impressive as a sophomore at the Scout Cincinnati Combine. He placed 3rd in the Indiana HS state shot-put finals with a toss of 57 feet 5 and ¾ inches. Before he has played one down as a junior, he is offered by Iowa.
